Onboarding Specialist

Summary

The Onboarding Specialist at MBO Partners is responsible for executing a comprehensive onboarding process for independent contractors and enterprise clients, providing daily consultative support throughout the onboarding life cycle, and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in business process, customer service, human resources, or operations, strong strategic communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Economics, Finance, or related field)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in business process, customer service, human resources, or operations

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute a comprehensive onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for Talent engaged by our Enterprise Clients
• Provide daily consultative support to independent contractors and their client representatives throughout the onboarding life cycle
• Manage expectations, communicate status and/or challenges related to enrollment progress, and ensure alignment across MBO's Client sponsors, stakeholders, and hiring managers
