Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
• Proficiency in various software applications such as Hootsuite, BirdEye, Brandwatch, HubSpot, Google Analytics or other similar tools
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to maintaining a positive online brand image
• Can adapt to fast-changing online trends and the evolving digital landscape
• Professional proficiency in the English language is required
• Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Monitor online reviews and feedback across various platforms
• Respond promptly to both positive and negative reviews and comments
• Manage online reputation crises with strategic composure
• Foster brand advocacy by cultivating relationships with satisfied customers
• Collaborate with marketing to create and promote positive brand content
• Analyze feedback and provide regular reports on reputation management efforts
