Summary

The job at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is for a Service Management role, where the employee will manage people, operations, budgets, project delivery, and strategy for specific services. Requirements

  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service delivery or team coordination
  • Experience in process management or application administration
  • Familiarity with operations and technology (experience with Kubernetes or containerized technologies is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and agile methodologies
  • Experience working in a matrix organizational structure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy
  • Plan and supervise the operating of the given type of services, while maintaining respective service levels, deadlines, and budgetary limitations
  • Coordinate the service delivery activities, monitor the work in progress, and handle emerging problems and conflicts
  • Work in close collaboration with lead service management involved and other connected units, on developing and optimizing processes on priorities
  • Participate in projects, development of new services or on demands
  • Ensure, that changes are implemented, and incidents and problems are handled within the undertaken deadlines and at the contracted service levels
