Operations Analyst

Summary

Join TRAX Retail as a fully remote Trade Marketing Data Analyst, based in Central America or Mexico. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in trade marketing or the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and marketing metrics
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update databases, including SKU and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) masters, across CBC markets
• Analyze and interpret trade marketing data to provide insights into market performance, promotions, and in-store execution trends
• Collaborate with the trade marketing team to track and evaluate key metrics
• Generate AdHoc reports on market conditions and competitor analysis to support commercial strategies
• Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and detect anomalies
• Provide feedback reports based on user input and share findings across various organizational levels
• Capture and document user feedback and claims, ensuring proper escalation to relevant departments

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
