Responsibilities
- Help manage operations and collaborate with team members on projects and action plans
- Integrates ideas, suggestions, and action plans from all other departments and comes up with action plans for strategic development
- Initiates and develops strategic processes for implementation across all departments
- Revamp and redesign current processes for improvement and strive to be ahead of industry trends
- Performs deep dive on trends
- KPI and scorecard generation
- Ensures action plans are carried out by all departments
- Audits Operations processes and implements measures to ensure optimization, continuity, or improvement
- Manages business continuity in all Operations
- Manages and facilitates continuous improvement of the Company, Staff, and Resources
- Researches and works on business partnerships and options
- Research on business / social media trends
- Provide guidance and support to Operations staff on engagement & continuous improvement
- Strategic networking/partnerships to increase the VA base
- Create sourcing contracts within the industry
- Partner with 3rd party providers for outsourcing opportunity
- Conducts Interviews and screening of Operations Staff
- Acts as a backup of all Operations processes
