Summary

The job is for a remote Operations Specialist at Brightwell, based in the U.S., with quarterly travel to Atlanta. The role involves monitoring operational dashboards, managing client relationships, and conducting quarterly business reviews. Eligible states of residence are AL, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, ME, NC, PA, TX, VA, WI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience working in payments or remittances
• Proven experience in client relations or account management
• Proficiency in data analysis
• A high level of proficiency in Excel (you should be able to effortlessly create pivot tables, V-lookups, X-lookups, etc.)
• A high degree of tech savviness
• Superior written and verbal communication with concise and persuasive presentation skills
• Outstanding attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations dashboard of daily transaction volume for assigned book of business
• Monitor operations dashboard daily error logs for assigned books of business
• Proactively identify trends in error logs and work with clients and internal Brightwell departments to alleviate the number of errors
• If urgent, escalate issues directly to the Product and Engineering teams or open a ticket to document the issue in the backlog if it does not require immediate action
• Manage elements of projects with competing priorities
• Act as the first point of contact for any issues escalated directly by clients, whether by phone, email, or online portals
• Manage client-related program guides and documentation
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with all assigned clients
