Summary
Join our team as an Operations Specialist and oversee company communications, assisting with all aspects of ShulCloud operations, including training, onboarding, professional services, and administration. You will maintain communication calendars, assist with client onboarding, and support the daily needs of internal teams. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in design software, and experience with e-newsletters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Standard office hours are Monday-Friday, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- Strong background in e-newsletter creation
- Comfortable with design concepts and programs for marketing materials (e.g Canva)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Professional and comfortable when working directly with clients
- Strong interpersonal judgment, decision making skills, and the ability to maintain healthy boundaries in client and team interactions
- Tech Savvy and desire to learn new software
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly communications meeting
- Maintain monthly communications calendar
- Gather information, prepare, format and send all branded company communications
- Keep all communication βon brandβ
- Track success rate of all communications
- Work collaboratively with Shulware departmental managers and the corporate marketing department
- Assist the Training team with all aspects of ShulSchool
- Assist the Professional Services department with the creation and fulfillment of ShulCloud upsell opportunities
- Assist with tasks related to onboarding new clients
- Maintain and update the project management system (e.g., Monday.com)
- Other operations tasks/projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- ShulCloud Email marketing or general expertise (Strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using project management tools like Monday.com or similar Project Management Software
- Canva or other basic design platforms for simple marketing materials
