Summary
Join Highspring, a leading healthcare IT services firm, as an Operations Specialist. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and creating a positive environment for consultants, clients, and employees. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to recruiting and sales teams, assisting operations leadership, reviewing contracts, and supporting consultants with payroll, expenses, and benefits. This position requires a minimum of one year of administrative support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication and adaptability skills. An associate degree and experience with specific HRIS systems are preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in administrative support or related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database knowledge

Responsibilities
- Provide support for recruiting and sales employees which may include sending candidate paperwork, client contracts, and executing full life cycle of job orders
- Provide support to operations leadership, including travel arrangements, scheduling, preparing reports, and letter composition
- Review client and Enterprise contracts; work with legal and HR as appropriate
- Provide support for consultants regarding payroll, expenses, and benefits questions and/or training
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- Experience with Bullhorn, HubSpot, UKG, or other HRIS system
