Requirements
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel CRM, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or willingness to learn and transition as the company migrates to it)
- Advanced proficiency in Zapier, Google Sheets/Excel, and data visualization tools like Databox
- Basic knowledge of API integrations and webhooks
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly
- Ability to align technical solutions with broader business goals
- Proactive in spotting opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work autonomously, with clear, actionable updates on progress
- A "figure it out" mentality, willing to learn and implement new tools or systems as needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows using Zapier, webhooks, and API integrations to improve efficiency
- Maintain and optimize existing automations to ensure seamless functionality
- Develop and implement data tracking solutions across marketing, sales, and fulfillment teams
- Assist in creating and maintaining real-time dashboards that provide visibility into key metrics using tools like Databox, Tableau, or Power BI
- Act as the first point of contact for technical challenges, resolving 90% of issues within 24 hours
- Build and maintain an internal knowledge base to document solutions for recurring issues
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve performance
- Research and integrate new tools or technologies to streamline operations and increase productivity
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to align automation and process improvements with company growth initiatives
- Prepare and present weekly reports on automation efficiency, data insights, and technical solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement cold-calling strategies
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to tailor pitches effectively
- Report on sales progress and outcomes to management
