Summary

Requirements
- Solid experience in Paid Media and digital marketing, with a track record of driving growth through data-driven performance and continuous campaign optimization
- Mastery of key platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, plus hands-on experience with essential tools like Canva, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, and the full Google Workspace suite
- Sharp analytical skills and a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights—especially in dynamic, multicultural environments
- Proven ability to manage cross-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and results across platforms
- Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a strong advantage
- Strategic thinker and problem solver—you see challenges as opportunities and love building smart, scalable solutions
- Naturally curious and action-oriented, you're always learning, testing, and iterating to move faster and smarter
- Collaborative by nature, you thrive in team environments and know how to bring people together to deliver great results
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage paid media campaigns, including budget oversight
- Data Analysis: Responsible for simplifying insightful data for the leadership, looking for patterns, opportunities, or any kind of insight that can give the company direction on where the target is
- Creative Development: Create campaign creatives and copy from end-to-end
- Creative Strategy: Propose new creative strategies for landing pages and campaign content
- Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with business goals
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with sales, brand, and partner teams to align on campaign goals, lead quality, and creative direction
- External Partner Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with media platform account managers to optimize campaign performance
