Summary
Mixbook is seeking a strategic and collaborative Paid Social Manager to scale their existing and identify new paid social media channels. The role involves planning, designing, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms, partnering with internal teams, and managing external partners. This is a remote position with quarterly travel to the San Francisco Bay Area.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency
- Track record of growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance and have experience with incrementality testing
- Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)
- Knowledge of Meta bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking (pixel) setup and troubleshooting
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc) campaigns from execution to completion (audience segmentation, optimization goals, creative strategy/direction, measurement, etc)
- Use a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI
- Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis. This is a hands-on role building & optimizing campaigns
- Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals
- Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance, product mix and customer journey; e.g. Creative, Data, CRM, etc
- Manage the creative strategy across platforms and ensure they are relevant and driving efficiencies and scale
- Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth. Manage external partners/contractors to maximize performance and ensure deadlines are met
