Join Jobber's growing Partnerships team as a Partner Enablement Manager! You will be responsible for creating onboarding materials and ongoing training for our partner ecosystem to drive pipeline generation. This individual contributor role requires 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement within the technology industry. You will need excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, and the ability to translate complex technical information. Requirements
- 3-5 demonstrated experience in partner enablement in the technology industry
- Experience building content for different audience types, including external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, global environment
- Highly Organized β Strong project management and interpersonal skills for leading multiple work streams and fostering cross-functional teamwork, with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve when needed
- Excellent Communicator β Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, customers, and all levels of management within the organization
- Technical Competence β Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and compelling language
- Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- High energy with the ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop and deliver external partner sales enablement content, including presentations, battle cards, release notes, training material, etc
- Leverage existing marketing content in web pages, blog posts and videos in partner training
- Communicate clear benefits to many different personas including, customer success managers, account executives and home service professionals
- Develop deep understanding of the Jobber product offering and competitive landscape
- Articulate our value proposition through dynamic presentations to partners
- Collaborate with product marketing on messaging of new Jobber features and enhancements
- Build and maintain internal sales enablement to ensure Jobber sales teams understand how to leverage our partnerships
- Gather, organize and coordinate as applicable, training materials in other languages (ex. Spanish)
- Stay informed of the latest developments in learning trends and technology
- Stay informed of the latest developments and updates to keep partners informed of product developments
