Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing, with a focus on the healthcare, benefits, or consulting sectors
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deliverables
- Proficiency with digital marketing strategies, including email, social media, paid advertising, and webinar promotion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences
- Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, with a track record of successfully driving complex projects from concept to execution
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness
Responsibilities
- Partner with consultant and partner sales leadership to define and develop marketing strategies that align with Carrumβs goals and resonate with benefits consultants and strategic partners
- Lead the creation and management of compelling marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to the specific needs of our target audiences
- Employ multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and webinars, to promote Carrumβs solutions to consultants and partners effectively
- Act as a strategic liaison between marketing, consultant sales, partner sales, demand generation, content marketing and sales enablement teams to ensure unified campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance, assess results, and make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize engagement and impact
- Work closely with partner sales team to build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, understand their needs, and tailor campaigns that drive mutual growth
