Summary
Join IM8 Health, a dynamic health and wellness brand co-founded by David Beckham, as their Partnerships Manager. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships to expand the brand's presence. This commission-driven role requires a proven track record in sales and partnerships, ideally within luxury, healthcare, or wellness industries. You will manage inbound inquiries, identify B2B opportunities, and convert leads into revenue-generating partnerships. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in luxury, Healthcare, wellness, or related industries
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling B2B relationships that drive revenue and brand growth
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage leads
- Availability to travel occasionally for events or key meetings
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify all inbound partnership inquiries, assessing their fit and potential value
- Identify and pursue high-value B2B opportunities with retailers, wellness practitioners, clinics, gyms, and distributors
- Convert leads into revenue-generating partnerships by delivering tailored proposals and pitches that highlight the value of IM8 products
- Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders to secure placements in retail spaces, wellness clinics, and other strategic locations
- Attend key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to showcase IM8 and build a pipeline of high-impact partnerships
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and overall brand goals
- Develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives that elevate IM8’s brand visibility and drive growth, with a primary focus on scaling operations across the US market while laying the foundation for global expansion
- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and partnership outcomes, leveraging CRM tools to track and analyze performance
- Continuous Improvement: Use data insights and industry trends to refine outreach strategies and develop innovative approaches to partnership growth
