Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in hospitality tech, wellness, or innovative hardware
- Proven track record closing 6-7 figure deals with long, complex, cross functional sales cycles
- Strong financial acumen and ability to build compelling business cases
- Excellence in executing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills at the executive level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel 25- 50% for customer meetings
- Experience with a SaaS CRM (eg Salesforce, HubSpot) and using sales prospecting and analytics tools
- Track record of exceeding quota in new market segments
- Strong project management skills for pilot programs
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales strategy and execution across any number of verticals including hospitality, hotels, and wellness
- Build and manage relationships with key decision makers at luxury hotels, fitness clubs, and wellness centers
- Develop compelling ROI models and pricing strategies for different customer segments
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives
- Partner with Product team to gather market feedback and influence product roadmap
- Structure and negotiate complex enterprise agreements alongside Legal team
- Build scalable sales processes and documentation for future team expansion
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop vertical-specific collateral and case studies
- Own revenue targets and accurate forecasting for your territory
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to hospitality groups, luxury hotels, or wellness chains is ideal

- Competitive pay from $225,000-$250,000 OTE + equity. Base salary and commissions commensurate with location and experience
