Requirements
- Proficiency in English + Spanish
- Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software- cybersecurity and/or workforce management
- Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
- Strong troubleshooting skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with Virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with Docker and PostgreSQL
- Clear execution, display superior attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
- Availability to travel 20% - mostly regional
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Teramindโs products, develop a perfect understanding of Teramindโs product technology by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for partner-reported challenges, and building tools for faster diagnosis to identify and resolve future challenges
- Work with the Teramind Team to provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations
- Create and communicate system design and integration strategy. Validate and assist with the proper deployment of solutions in customersโ networks
- Design, manage, and deliver high-quality technical proof of values (POVs) for prospective customers, working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Engineering, and Support
- Proactively engage and communicate with customers and Teramind internal teams regarding product feedback, roadmap requests, and the competitive landscape
- Maintain accurate notes/feedback/updates in CRM (HubSpot) regarding customer input, status updates, next steps, etc
- Participate in proposal reviews
- Coordinate with various internal functional teams to ensure all business unit goals are addressed in our proposals
Preferred Qualifications
- Portuguese advanced communication skills
