• Self-starter and open to working across time zones with teams worldwide
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Observant profile to determine where the flaws lie (attention to detail)
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations run smoothly and processes are optimized
• Analyze performance results and promote optimizations related to APM (Alternative Payment Methods) such as Pix, Boleto, etc
• Recommend solutions based on research and analysis
• Work closely with the rest of the company to provide necessary information, feedback, and analyze current issues affecting clients and local processes

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL knowledge
• Spanish language proficiency
