• Experience with handling payroll tax notices
• Produce payroll reporting

Responsibilities

• Process the payroll for US and Canadian-based employees
• Manage the state, local, and provinces payroll tax notifications
• Maintain the payroll records and employee salary databases
• Balance payroll accounts
• Assist the Finance team with the monthly billing function

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the ADP WFN payroll system
• Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
• Spanish speaking a plus
