Requirements
- Have a Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent work experience
- Have 5+ years of progressive experience in an agency or corporate recruiting capacity
- Have 3+ years of experience In-house/Corporate recruiting
- Demonstrate experience managing full recruiting life cycle
- Have experience using and be well versed in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Have working knowledge of applicable Human Resources policies and procedures and employment law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity
- Have expertise with interviewing techniques and methodologies
- Have proven experience conducting complex salary analyses and making salary recommendations
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and be able to articulate complex ideas for all levels of audiences
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong candidate pipelines to meet rapid growth and demand
Responsibilities
- Be in charge of our full-cycle recruiting process; ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Actively identify, recruit and source candidates in the radiation oncology, healthcare, SaaS field
- Use technical acumen to build a top candidate pool
- Partner with business leaders to define requirements for key positions, identify ideal candidate profiles and project hiring requirements to meet headcount growth
- Use metrics and feedback from hiring managers and candidates to review the effectiveness of assessment tools, sourcing channels, employer brand strategy and talent acquisition efforts
- Report out progress of the recruiting pipeline, flagging hot spots and recommend creative solutions
- Stay abreast of evolving recruitment practices and employment related legislation; effectively utilizing recruitment best practices
- Ensure timely processing of hires in ATS and quick to respond to active candidates
