Join Grupo QuintoAndar's People Analytics team as a People Data Analyst focusing on Employee Listening! This remote-first position, based anywhere in Brazil, offers the chance to leverage data to improve HR practices. You will structure analytical projects, integrate and analyze data from various sources, develop a deep understanding of people's products, and support key metric monitoring. The role requires expertise in SQL, data analysis programming (Python/R), and BI tools. Requirements
- You have experience working with HR Data & Analytics, preferably within the Employee Listening context
- You are fluent in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
- You have hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, Superset, or similar
- You can identify, articulate and solve highly complex problems by leveraging business knowledge, statistical tools, and a data-focused programming language to formulate and validate hypotheses, generate insights, and guide stakeholders in making strategic, data-driven decisions. A high standard of analysis quality is expected, with basic need for managerial validation
- You are strongly interested in people management topics, particularly in surveys
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills
- You have the ability to read materials, produce studies and present them in English
Responsibilities
- Structure analytical projects by clearly defining problems, tasks, and solutions to support stakeholder strategies and generate actionable insights within the employee listening space (surveys, engagement and climate research, continuous listening, focus groups, online forums)
- Integrate and analyze data from employee listening space and employee journey processes (Performance Review, Talent Review, Comp & SOP Cycle, Leaves, Absenteeism) to identify correlations, trends, and generate insights for people management
- Develop a deep understanding of our people's products model and serve as a reference in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python/R, tracking, metrics monitoring, forecasting, clustering, etc.)
- Support the definition and monitoring of key metrics to achieve departmental goals
- Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics methods to inform and support decision-making processes
- Act as an internal advocate for fostering a data-driven culture within the organization
- Introduce new technologies and techniques that unlock high-impact business opportunities
- Serve as a key point of contact for the People team and other business areas regarding people data and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Statistics/Data Science
- Knowledge of and interest in Psychometrics and Behavioral Sciences
- Familiarity with research tools such as Medallia, QuestionPro, Qualtrics, and SurveyMonkey
