Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an People Ops coordinator or relevant human resources position
- Knowledge of Workday and Service Now or similar tools
- Experience managing the offboarding process
- Possesses a customer-centric mindset, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through
- Possesses strong organizational abilities. Capable of efficiently managing and prioritizing multiple assignments and competing deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and consistently exercise good judgment in dealing with a variety of sensitive situations and issues
Responsibilities
- Provide a remarkable employee experience by partnering and Managing Tier 1 cases from our Case Management system, addressing employees requests and triaging with other functions as appropriate
- Act as the first point of contact for employee(Hire to Retire) inquiries, connecting employees with the specialized team as needed
- Effectively handle inbox traffic, consistently meeting organizational KPI standards such as SLA and quality. Offer support to employees and work together with the broader People Operations team and other departments to guarantee an outstanding employee experience
- Process transactions in the HRIS with focus on accuracy and completeness
- Review "As Is" People Ops transactions and reporting processes with a continuous improvement and automation mindset, submit 1+ recommendations per month on whether changes, including further automation, can be made to improve the process and partner with cross functional teams on implementation
- In partnership with the HRIS team, identify opportunities to improve and automate People Ops processes
- Collaborate in entry-level cross-functional projects in support of our key priorities
- Maintain online employee records and conduct audits as needed to ensure compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced working in a global team structure is preferred
- Prior experience in EMEA leaves is a plus
