You'll be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, manage employee life cycle changes, maintain data integrity, and handle independent contractor requests and leaves of absence. You'll work across the People Team on various initiatives, improving processes and fostering a supportive employee experience. This role is crucial for supporting Midi Health's growth and scaling workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Support our team members across a broad range of People-related questions. You will be the first point of contact for all employee questions that come through the People Team inbox, providing timely responses to inquiries and/or directing to the appropriate point of contact on a wide range of topics including policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Lead the end-to-end process for all employee changes. You will own the execution and optimization of all employee life cycle changes across all systems including: drafting and processing employee change letters and overseeing the offboarding process
  • Maintain data integrity and system operations. You will ensure our employee data is up-to-date and accurate across all data sources and employee files. You will regularly run audits to ensure employee data is accurate and workflows are functioning properly
  • Manage Independent Contractor Requests. You will execute the end-to-end independent contractor process from request through execution, onboarding, set up, tracking and offboarding
  • Manage Leave of Absences. You will partner with People Partners and third party leave administrators to execute and track all leave of absences, including short-term disability, parental leave, and FMLA. Partner with Sparrow, third party leave administrator
  • Support People Team Initiatives. You will partner across the People Team on initiatives throughout the year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a high growth start up a plus
  • Previous internship or work experience in a People Operations capacity is a strong plus
