Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency
  • 8+ years of strategic and/or generalist experience building and leading people operations, including people management tools, systems, process efficiency, reporting and compliance best practices
  • A great people leader: practices a servant-leadership style with a track record of developing talent
  • Data-driven approach
  • Excellent project management skills to design and implement people programs and processes; focused on driving results
  • Knowledge of legal and employment compliance matters
  • Proficiency with Google Apps

Responsibilities

  • Lead people operations globally, overseeing regional operations managers as well as facilities
  • Design new and improve current People Operations processes & tools to be simple, scalable, and equitable while improving employee experience for Wellhubbers at all functions, levels and locations
  • Partner across People Operations and Insights (POI) team to drive projects focused on improving and automating our global processes, while also collaborating with and considering the impact on the larger people team
  • Take a global view to identify People Operations best practices in order to standardize and streamline processes as much as possible, ensuring a consistent and equitable experience for Wellhubbers
  • Ensure global HR compliance with regulations in all countries in which Wellhub operates
  • Oversee facilities globally, taking a proactive and strategic approach to ensure our real estate portfolio meets the needs of our employees and business objectives
