Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role, ideally in a tech or startup environment
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Experience with onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while thriving in ambiguity
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency with HRIS and other HR tools

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues
• Enhance onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new employees
• Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with legal requirements and mitigate potential risks
• Administer our HR systems to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy
• Stay abreast of compensation and benefits trends to ensure we are aligned with industry best practices
• Develop, implement and manage HR policies and procedures that support company’s goals
• Develop and oversee the performance review process
• Build and deliver employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive community and promote collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Hands on administration experience with Bamboo, SequoiaOne, Pave or Lattice
