Summary

Join Audinate, a global leader in AV networking media, as an HR Manager to oversee HR responsibilities for UK and European teams. This maternity cover role demands building relationships with employees, impacting their experience across the employment journey, and developing capabilities through coaching. You will proactively guide managers and employees on people-related matters, utilize your generalist HR skills, oversee benefits plans, collaborate with an employer of record, manage office managers, contribute to global initiatives, and collaborate with the Australian Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a technology or growth environment, and exceptional communication skills. A CIPD's advanced level 7 qualification and global HR experience are desirable.

Requirements

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a technology or growth environment
  • A sound working knowledge of UK employment laws and ideally global HR experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of effective stakeholder relationships
  • Confidence and flexibility to navigate the ambiguity that global structures and growth can bring

Responsibilities

  • Build an understanding of our business and our people to effectively partner and enable growth, performance and an exceptional experience through all stages of the employment journey
  • Develop capability through coaching, and lead people managers and the broader team through our People & Performance processes
  • Proactively guide and support our managers and people on people-related matters, providing timely and accurate advice
  • Exercise your generalist HR skillset across the spectrum of HR responsibilities and build on the existing foundations of our HR policies and processes
  • Oversee our benefits plans and processes to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience
  • Collaborate with our employer of record for our people in countries where this is relevant
  • Manage our Office Managers for our Cambridge and Belgium offices
  • Contribute to global People & Performance initiatives
  • Collaborate with our Australian-based Talent Acquisition Manager as needed, to support the building of our team in the region

Preferred Qualifications

CIPD's advanced level 7 qualification and experience managing people is desirable
