Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading and executing marketing campaigns in an agency or in-house agency marketing/media environment
  • Extensive experience in the following areas with deep expertise in at least one; Performance media, brand media, SEO, CRM, and website CRO
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, Braze, and Marketo
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and other optimization techniques
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company’s goals and marketing objectives
  • Team Leadership: Our cross-functional OKR squads will iterate daily, so we need an agile leader that can remove roadblocks whilst ensuring the team is always focussed on the areas that will drive the most velocity
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of the squad, identify areas for improvement and share our progress with the business
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across the business, including with the Executive Leadership Team
  • Execution: Own the plan, ensuring the entire squad executes effectively and efficiently across all streams, including paid media, SEO, CRM, content and other channels
  • Customer Insights: Connect with our customers (B2B and B2C) to gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development and other improvements
