Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions consultant, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology organization
  • 2+ years of AI consulting/solutions experience
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Creative problem solver who can identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the sales team to onboard and train new enterprise customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience with Copy.ai
  • Discover and develop new use cases for clients that will add value, foster greater adoption of our platform, and ultimately, grow accounts
  • Actively engage with existing customers for introductions to other groups within their organizations, and effectively pitch the capabilities of Copy.ai for those other groups
  • Utilize your technical expertise and creativity to develop customized solutions to help customers overcome challenges and maximize the use of our platform
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and seeking feedback for further improvement
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather insights from customers, building a feedback loop to inform the development of new features and improvements
