Summary

The job description is for a pre-sales role at Alan, a health partner company that operates in France, Spain, and Belgium. The role involves strengthening sales to handle specificities of larger customers, with responsibilities including understanding customer needs, coordinating RFP submissions, evangelizing services, preparing onboarding, providing post-sales training, and acting as the voice of the customer. The company is looking for candidates with at least 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, fluent in both French and English, and preferably with additional experience.

• You have at least 4+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment
• You are fluent in both French and English

Responsibilities

• Listen and understand prospects’ needs to work internally on how Alan can address them best
• Coordinate RFP submissions and build Alan’s response in collaboration with Sales and Insurance experts
• Work with customers to evangelize our services and products
• Prepare delightful large customers’ onboarding
• Provide post-sales training and ad-hoc support for a smooth customer experience
• Master our platform and support sales team by providing them with insights and expertise
• Act as voice of the customer feeding Alan’s platform roadmap

Preferred Qualifications

• (As a plus) Experience in public RFP's and/or implementation projects
• (As a plus) Experience in HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions
• (As a plus) Experience in Insurance or Health platforms
