Responsibilities

• Confirm appointments set by the call center and ensure all necessary information is accurate
• Verify the information provided by leads and ensure it aligns with company requirements
• Virtually assess homes for solar compatibility using online tools and satellite imagery
• Communicate with potential customers to request and obtain their electric bills for further analysis
• Order custom solar designs based on the customer's home and energy needs
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential customers and our sales representatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role
• Have solar industry experience
