Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant brand strategy experience in fast-growth, tech-enabled organizations
  • Strong communication skills, translating complex topics into simple narratives across regions
  • Experience with brand architecture, archetypes, and systems
  • Passion for research and understanding of brand measurement and KPIs
  • Track record of delivering inspirational creative ideas
  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
  • Proven experience in developing brands and managing projects across different time zones
  • Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including group presentations and public speaking
  • High-quality judgment, decision-making, and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Build on our existing brand foundation, and communicate the brand vision, story, and values to all stakeholders
  • Own and report on brand goals
  • Develop audience segments and narratives to support regional teams
  • Collaborate with creative teams to inspire memorable work
  • Guide teams with a strong point of view while actively listening to ensure alignment across regions
  • Ask insightful questions to uncover ideas and truths
  • Synthesize findings into themes and ideas, and create impactful briefs
  • Develop and formulate brand strategy and roadmaps based on user understanding, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Execute innovation projects to drive brand growth across markets
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance recommending action plans as needed
  • Develop marketing plans by identifying key opportunities and action plans aligned with business objectives
  • Create engaging brand experiences through strong ideas at relevant touchpoints
  • Lead internal teams and creative agencies as needed
