Process Coordinator

Join Nielsen's dynamic team in Utrecht (Netherlands) and contribute to the smooth operation of live sports data delivery to media clients. As a Live Data Production, Process Coordinator, you'll oversee a team of part-time scorers, collaborate with international teams, and manage daily operations for approximately 900 competitions. Responsibilities include shift leadership, planning, coaching, and project work focused on process improvement. This versatile role offers a blend of home and office work, allowing flexibility in your schedule. You'll work extensively with sports data and collaborate with colleagues, making a significant impact on the delivery of live sports scores.

Requirements

• Enjoy following sports, primarily football, but also other sports
• Communicate quickly and clearly in Dutch and English
• Possess excellent computer handling speed; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is preferred
• Maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced, live sports environment
• Enjoy problem-solving and organization, adapting quickly to last-minute changes
• Be willing to work evening and weekend shifts (until midnight, except for special events)
• Have at least a bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
• Live near Utrecht for convenient commute after evening shifts

Responsibilities

• Oversee or make preparations for live scoring operations during assigned shifts
• Assist in short- and long-term planning of live scorers
• Coach and train live scorers, acting to improve live scoring based on quality reports and evaluations
• Engage in League Management: tracking match schedules, player information, and club selections, collaborating with the India team
• Work on projects to improve processes, potentially involving technological tools or organizing new live scoring

Preferred Qualifications
