Product Analyst

Summary

Join our team at Fleetworthy and be part of a high-performing team that designs, builds, and delivers high-value features extending the Bestpass and Fleetworthy platforms to serve commercial and consumer fleets with a range of services. As a Product Analyst, you will determine business needs and requirements for new systems and system changes, provide reporting, analyze data, make sense of the results, and explain what it all means to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in computer science, math, stats or related disciplines or equivalent work experience
• Strong SQL experience, familiarity with Excel and Business Intelligence tools
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or product analyst, leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of agile software development
• Experience influencing decision makers across cross-functional teams using insights generated through quantitative and qualitative data
• Expertise with agile tools like JIRA, Confluence and Slack
• Solid knowledge of modern technology concepts (e.g. APIs, DevOps, relational databases, and web-based architectures)

Responsibilities
