Requirements
- 4 - 5 years of experience in a product management or marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT or related field
- Proven track record in driving product growth and revenue
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and growth hacking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
- Understanding of product lifecycle management
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry
- Knowledge of SaaS business and Product Led Growth models and metrics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product growth strategy: Align product initiatives with overall business objectives to drive sustainable growth
- Conduct in-depth market research: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Lead growth initiatives: Optimize product features, user experiences, and testing through data-driven experimentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to achieve growth objectives
- Analyze user behavior: Utilize data analytics to understand customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive product adoption: Develop and implement strategies to increase user adoption and engagement
- Optimize product lifecycle: Manage product updates, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies: Optimize revenue generation and customer value
- Track and analyze product performance: Monitor key metrics and identify trends to inform decision-making
- Leverage data to optimize growth: Use data insights to drive product improvements and marketing campaigns
- Assist Online Sales: Create packaging, pricing, and creating self-service buying experiences for customers
- Champion Product Led Growth: Evangelize the benefits of PLG across the organization and build a product-led mindset and help create engaging onboarding experiences that drive product value realization
