Responsibilities
- Growing and engaging our instructor community by owning the channels where they share and receive insights and support (ex. Slack, email, events)
- Developing and distributing the playbooks that guide instructors as they streamline course operations and grow their course enrollments
- Liaising with the product team as the voice of our instructors β proposing improvements, scoping and rolling out new features, and pulling signal from instructor requests
- Owning the βMaven Selectsβ program β iterating on and enforcing the criteria instructors must meet to be featured across Mavenβs marketplace
