Responsibilities

• Growing and engaging our instructor community by owning the channels where they share and receive insights and support (ex. Slack, email, events)
• Developing and distributing the playbooks that guide instructors as they streamline course operations and grow their course enrollments
• Liaising with the product team as the voice of our instructors — proposing improvements, scoping and rolling out new features, and pulling signal from instructor requests
• Owning the “Maven Selects” program — iterating on and enforcing the criteria instructors must meet to be featured across Maven’s marketplace
