Responsibilities

• Spearhead customer journey maps that unlock the secrets to engaging new and existing clients, transforming their interactions
• Implement rituals, artifacts, and mechanisms to systemize deep client understanding and lead 8+ monthly client interviews
• Write and manage the writing of stunning copy for the website, acquisition funnel, and client experience
• Create an extraordinary valuable experience for every member in our community
• Creatively, strategically, and systematically market new features and products to existing customers and new audiences
