Summary

Join Swapcard's marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager and lead the product marketing and sales enablement functions. You will play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment across teams, and building a strong understanding of the product roadmap and market landscape. This role requires a strong vision, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B product marketing. You will be responsible for planning product launches, defining messaging, and partnering with sales to drive win rates. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies and product launches
  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in tech / SaaS
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including at the executive level
  • Experience developing messaging and positioning with a focus on transformation, technology, and innovation – a must
  • Demonstrated success in translating product capabilities into compelling product narratives, value propositions, and sales assets
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align teams and drive collaboration
  • Excellent time and project management skills; must be highly organized and able to work efficiently even with competing priorities
  • Data-oriented and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and an ability to synthesize and present feedback for product improvement
  • Collaborative with the ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Support pipeline growth through direct & partner sales channels. Research and advise on verticals, segments, personas, themes, and topics for integrated marketing programs and assess their effectiveness
  • Plan the launches of net-new products/features and releases of new capabilities and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Ensure that the GTM roles are enabled to use the latest product capabilities and are ready to take them to market
  • Be the expert on our buyers - how and why they buy and their buying journey. Conduct research to drive positioning, messaging, and promotion
  • Define and refine corporate and product positioning, messaging, and value frameworks to differentiate our brand and resonate with target audiences
  • Partner with our sales leaders to drive win rate and sales velocity by developing compelling messaging and assets that drive purchase decisions, including sales playbooks, value assessment tools, and presentations. Understand, support, and train our sales channels
  • Act as the primary liaison and strategist between product management, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Conduct Win/Loss analysis, create and maintain a knowledge base of the competitive landscape, gain insight to improve differentiation and craft competitive positioning
  • Track product/feature usage trends to inform product development, pricing/packaging, content, and collateral
  • Write expert articles and present at industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of product/project management software tools is preferred (Notion is a big plus)
  • A good understanding of the events industry will be a big plus
