Requirements

  • 2+ years of product marketing experience in fast paced environment (preferably in a hyper growth global tech company)
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to tailor materials to different stages of the buyer journey and different personas
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset to measure impact and continuously refine enablement strategies
  • An eye for design and attention to detail, ensuring enablement materials are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with brand guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive suite of enablement materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, product comparison sheets, talk tracks, outreach emails, and objection-handling guides, to equip the sales organization for success
  • Working closely with designers, copywriting, marketing and sales teams to brief them with the user insights, value props and messaging in order to successfully execute go-to-market campaigns
  • Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works globally, to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams
  • Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer & validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
  • Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy. Delivering campaigns with a strong bias for growth & business impact
