Summary
Join The Adaptavist Group as the ScriptRunner Product Marketing Team Lead and lead the team to commercial success. You will shape the strategic direction of product marketing, aligning it with broader business objectives and collaborating with other functional leads. This role heavily focuses on strategic initiatives, including creating target personas and sales enablement strategies. You will manage and mentor the team, setting objectives and defining best practices. The position also involves monitoring team performance, reporting to leadership, and fostering strong relationships with shared services and product teams. You will be responsible for the product marketing budget and driving awareness and adoption of products.

- Strong B2B product marketing or product management experience
- Results driven and has experience driving strategic initiatives that drives growth
- Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn mindset
- Experience launching products in new markets
- Track-record of product marketing work across multiple products at once
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to project manage multiple projects/products
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technology product messages into customer facing business and technology content
- Excellent written communication skills
- Team player with very strong interpersonal and motivational skills, who is comfortable leading complex projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to think innovatively and creatively

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain a consistent and impactful operating framework across the team and ensure adherence to the framework and successful outcomes
- Maintain a high level of industry best practice and ways of working knowledge and use this to improve and adapt processes when appropriate
- Share insights and knowledge with the team on the trends and changes in the markets and ecosystems
- Assist with priority setting and KPIs for the product suite
- Orchestrate and coordinate cross-departmental product discussions
- Mentor, coach and develop a team of product marketers
- Facilitate and enable collaboration and communication including conflict resolution
- Align the team with marketing and ScriptRunner leadership team priorities
- Ownership of team structure and the recruitment of new hires into the team
- Lead the Discovery phase through to product lifecycle marketing as ScriptRunner grows its Atlassian portfolio, working closely with the Head of Marketing
- Responsible for the Product Marketing budget, ensuring itβs being used as effectively as possible to drive awareness and adoption of our products
- Monitor product performance indicators and work with the Product Marketing Managers to adjust strategies as required
- Encourage consistent, innovative and creative product marketing research initiatives to the Product Marketing team to drive insights for the development process
- Support the team to make changes to marketing activities based on a comparison of output from measurement and control systems and marketing strategy objectives
- Coordinate product marketing initiatives across the product portfolio with the help of your team
- Standardise processes between product marketing and other key stakeholders, e.g. sales, customer success and education
- Aid the team in measuring markets, competitive landscapes, and business performance to identify trends and product and marketing opportunities
- Find synergies between different product activities across the product portfolio
- Assist the product marketing team with strategic initiatives
- Ownership of suite-wide product marketing initiatives/messaging, whilst collaborating closely with the ScriptRunner Marketing Leadership team on delivery
- Support the product marketing team on any other related work, e.g.Β Positioning, Messaging, ICPs, Sales Enablement, GTM strategies, whilst establishing clear frameworks for the team to become more efficient
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn the Atlassian Marketplace and any new ecosystems ScriptRunner invests in
