Summary

Join PingWind as a Program Manager to lead and deliver IT solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of project management and Agile best practices
  • Lead delivery of software applications, and websites
  • Develop and implement remediation plans for identified gaps
  • Regularly report on status, risks, and progress to senior management
  • Develop, update, and enforce organizational policies and procedures
  • Prepare detailed reports, including metrics, audit findings, and corrective action plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities, training sessions, and policy updates
  • Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with industry experts and participate in professional forums to stay abreast of new developments in accessibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Degree may be substituted for 8 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of program and product delivery
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of a complex program
  • Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams in all phases of product and service development
  • Engage with senior leadership to align goals with organizational objectives
  • Serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, advocacy groups, and vendors
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members and other stakeholders

Formal Agile or PM Certification
