Collaboration with teammates in various US time zones is required. The offered salary range is $120,000-$155,000 annually, depending on experience and location. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a program manager, preferably with high-tech clients
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead and manage the workflow for a team, which will include writers, designers, editors, technical consultants, and project managers
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with tact and diplomacy
  • Experience with establishing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively seek clarification when needed
  • Reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the program, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Serve as the front-line communication contact
  • Manage teams and mentor leads to grow and take on more responsibility
  • Produce quarterly business reviews (QBR) and assist presenting QBR materials to review key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program and to highlight the work completed during the quarter
  • Research opportunities for streamlining processes, communications, and deliverables
  • Attend weekly meetings to gather status, identify blockers, and risks for various teams
  • Maintain familiarity with internal tools, as well as SharePoint
  • Create new and revise existing documentation on processes and workflows
  • Notify client program manager of any issues, such as potential schedule slips, well in advance
  • Participate in project scheduling sessions with client program manager and partner teams
  • Manage vendor accounts and timecards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Intel, Dell, and/or AMD
  • PMI’s PgMP
  • Agency experience
