Responsibilities
- Summarize call recordings to capture key points and deliverables
- Draft project documents like briefs, sitemaps, and SEO strategies
- Help schedule meetings and manage project timelines
- Perform special projects assigned by agency leadership
- Manage and update web content using the WordPress CMS
- Assist the project management and digital marketing teams with ongoing tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Basecamp project management software
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry
