Summary
Join our client, a specialist in strategic talent and people solutions for scale-ups, as a Project Coordinator. You will support Directors in seamless company delivery, coordinating client projects, supporting recruitment, and managing client interactions for an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, recruitment support (screening CVs, candidate calls), survey and platform management, client care, and documentation/reporting. This permanent, full-time, remote position requires at least 3 years of project coordination or operations experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in project management tools. A background in recruitment or HR is highly advantageous.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or operations in a professional setting
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency and confidence in using project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Canva or similar)
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS systems)
- Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on customer experience
- Comfort with handling data and preparing reports using Excel or similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive
- Confident in speaking directly with clients
- Possesses a high level of attention to detail
- Thrives in dynamic environments and excels at multitasking
- Skilled at balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a client-first approach
- Comfortable working remotely, sometimes with minimal direction
- Can work independently, even when immediate support isnβt available
Responsibilities
- Plan, track, and execute project activities to meet client timelines and expectations. Using project management tools to ensure clarity and visibility
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and delivery of project plans, building great relationships with clients
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls to support clients in early-stage recruitment processes, building relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Use tracking tools to provide accurate and timely updates on candidate progress, ensuring that candidates are progressed in SLAs to deliver a great experience
- Administer and set up employee survey projects using a bespoke platform, with time and quality accuracy
- Support in creating reporting and insights reports to deliver to clients
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and helpful responses
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and proactive communication
- Create and deliver professional reports, project updates, presentation materials, tools, process materials and other documentation
- Ensure all client deliverables are accurate, polished, and timely to deliver a great experience to clients
Preferred Qualifications
Background in recruitment or HR support is highly advantageous
