The job involves managing a high-profile initiative for a federal client as a remote Project Manager, implementing agile methodologies, interfacing with clients, collaborating with teams, and working with the Product Management team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relative field
• At least 3 years of experience leading complex projects and programs for software applications
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment
• Experience with full lifecycle agile program management
• Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate

Responsibilities

• Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization to drive the delivery of technology projects
• Provide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, project management process and client engagement to drive delivery success
• Collaborate with people across wide levels and roles to educate on Agile principles, best practices, and tools to implement for improved workflows and successful product deliverables
• Work with the Product Management team to develop release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized and visible to all stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• CSM, SAFe, and/or PMP certification strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile framework and facilitating all Agile Scrum ceremonies including designing EPIC / User stories, sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives
