Project Manager

Summary

Join Helix, a ReSource Pro company, as a Project Manager - Insurance Agency Management Systems. This remote position requires 10+ years' experience in technology consulting with a focus on Insurance Agency Management Systems and proficiency in SQL. The role involves developing data conversion strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, leading conversion initiatives, providing regular updates, conducting post-conversion reviews, and leading the product development process. The compensation includes a salary range of $71,755- $121,464, medical, dental, and vision benefits on Day 1, 401k with employer match, generous PTO plan, and opportunities for development and growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in technology consulting with a focus on Insurance Agency Management Systems
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Proficiency in Insurance Agency Management systems such as AMS360, BenefitPoint, Sagitta, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EzLynx, TAM
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data migration tools and platforms and ETL process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive data conversion strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data and document conversion goals, KPIs and success metrics
• Lead overall management of conversion initiatives including planning, resource allocation, timeline management and execution
• Monitor and track progress of conversion initiatives, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status and progress of conversion initiatives
• Conduct post-conversion reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead the product development process including defining product requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
