Requirements

• Project management experience (2 years or more)
• Client-facing system development project lead experience
• Interview and data analysis skills to identify client problems
• Communication skills to engage stakeholders
• Ownership and experience in promoting development projects
• Experience working with engineers to launch features

Responsibilities

• Tech Lead, UX Designer, and Developer collaboration
• Deliver solutions that solve business problems through the Tailor Platform
• Contribute to product development democratization
