Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience working in Residential Property Management
- DMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager or Real Estate and Business Sales Representative registration
- Experience managing your own work schedule, managing competing priorities and working under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage housing applications, assessments, and reviews
- Leasing, ingoing, and vacating tenancy procedures
- Routine inspections and PCR's
- Property maintenance management
- Bonds and tenant damage cost recovery
