Summary

Join Wonderschool and play a vital role in supporting childcare providers. You will manage the onboarding process for providers, training them on the Wonderschool platform and helping them grow their businesses. This involves handling high-volume customer interactions, logging all interactions in HubSpot CRM, and recruiting new providers. You will collaborate with various teams to report issues and contribute to a positive work culture. The role requires experience in onboarding, customer service, or account management within the technology or education sector, excellent communication skills, and CRM experience. Travel is required approximately 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of onboarding, customer service, or account management experience in the technology or education space
  • Comfort with high volume/velocity customer interactions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, video demos, and audio calls
  • Prior experience using HubSpot or another CRM solution

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent Provider experience by managing the onboarding process for Providers
  • Train and onboard Providers to the Wonderschool platform and suite of products
  • Help Providers grow their businesses and make more money
  • Be super organized; log all interactions and call notes in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Recruit virtually, and sometimes in-person, child care providers for business coaching and to use our tools
  • Empower Providers to be self-starters, to proactively find answers to their questions, and to become adept users of Wonderschoolโ€™s products
  • Work closely with sales, customer support and engineering to report issues and bugs
  • Contribute to the positive, high-performing, and winning culture of the provider team
  • Be willing to travel when needed, ~25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred bilingual in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
