Join our team as an independent and driven freelance recruiter with a passion for the gaming and/or software industries! You will collaborate with us to find top talent for various roles within the gaming industry. Responsibilities include recruiting and selecting candidates, writing engaging job descriptions, actively searching for talent, conducting interviews, building a talent pool, and advising on recruitment strategies. This is a flexible, remote position requiring 10-20 hours per week. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a dynamic, challenging role.

Requirements

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the gaming or software industry
• You have a strong understanding of the specific skills and roles within these sectors
• You can work independently and manage multiple job openings simultaneously
• You have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus)
• You are experienced in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant tools
• You are flexible and able to work up to 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Recruit and select candidates for various positions in the gaming and software industries
• Write engaging job descriptions and manage recruitment channels
• Actively search for talent via various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks)
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, presenting the best candidates to hiring managers
• Build and maintain a talent pool of professionals
• Advise the team on recruitment strategies and market trends
