Summary

Join Modern Health's growing Recruiting team as a full-cycle recruiter, partnering with leaders to attract top talent. You will build candidate pipelines for business and technical roles, creating a positive candidate experience aligned with company values. This high-volume role requires strong organizational skills, experience building partnerships, and a passion for diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house and startup settings, and experience with Greenhouse ATS. This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting and coordination experience; in house and startup experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem solving skills
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional stakeholders
  • A track record of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Ability to generate a high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
  • Experience with recruiting metrics and using data to guide decisions and strategy
  • An interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve candidate experience
  • A passion for diversity and inclusion

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process at a high volume, including sourcing, interview coordination, and delivering offers
  • Facilitate a high quality and exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
  • Build relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the company
  • Partner with broader People team on headcount planning and strategic, equitable hiring
  • Develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes and help manage ongoing recruiting programs (referrals, internal mobility, etc)
  • Utilize unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members
  • Consider long term needs of hiring teams and recruit strong talent for Modern Health’s long term success

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred
