Join our team as an Entry-Level Recruiter and kickstart your career in recruitment! This fully remote position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek with a schedule of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. You will play a key role in sourcing and attracting candidates, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and supporting our sales initiatives to grow our client base. We are a recruiting firm specializing in talent acquisition for businesses across diverse industries, offering a suite of professional services, including bookkeeping, social media management, website development, and strategic business consulting.
Requirements
- 0β5+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a customer-facing role (internships or volunteer experience count)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building relationships
- Basic proficiency in Google Workplace (Google Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Etc.) and familiarity with an applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRMs is a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
- A reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a computer setup suitable for remote work
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Post job ads on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards
- Schedule interviews (in-person or virtual) and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Track recruitment metrics, including applicant volume, interview-to-hire ratios, and time-to-fill
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Conduct outreach to potential clients to promote our recruitment services and build relationships
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional business service experience is preferred, including but not limited to
- Bookkeeping (e.g., familiarity with QuickBooks or basic financial tracking)
- Social media management (e.g., creating and scheduling posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, or other platforms)
- Website development or management (e.g., basic HTML, WordPress experience, Wix, or updating company websites)
